Dennis Turner

American-born Dennis Turner came to Switzerland in 1973 to write his PhD at the University of Zurich. He married a Swiss, and stayed. Today, Dennis Turner is one of the world’s leading authorities on animal behavior and a renown international specialist in what has become known as animal-assisted therapy. According to Dr. Turner, the human-animal relationship goes very deep, and there’s more animal in us than we think. Bob Zanotti spoke with Dennis Turner in Zurich.
